Alternatively you can go with a grey pocket square, it is subtle however gives you an elegant look.

With this in mind the first pocket square we have chosen for the subtle look a grey pocket square, it looks fab on a black suit, will not stand out however provides that elegant look. The second pocket square that fits well on a black suit or a black jacket is a blue pocket square, when choosing your pocket square try to avoid a plain blue, you could try a blue pocket square with a hint of red or even white. It will give a great look for those days where you want to dress to impress without taking the lime light.
  2. The Stand Out Effect:  This is where it’s your time to shine.... we got the perfect colours to wear on a black suit. The first one we suggest is a yellow, doesn’t need to be a plain yellow, and could be a polkadot.  We know yellow is bright; however you will definitely stand out and it looks good on a black suit / jacket. The second colour that we feel works great is a blue pocket square, try not to choose a solid blue pocket square, mix it up with a paisley or a polka dot, it will make the difference.
